Course Description

The Patent Agent Exam is an exam conducted by the Government of India to select professionals as Registered Patent Agents. After qualifying the examination, these professionals can start practicing as Patent Agents and help corporates and individuals in filing patents.

Eligibility:

• Anyone, who is a citizen of India, and has completed 21 years of age.
• Anyone who has a degree from an Indian educational institution in the field of Science, Engineering, or Technology.
• The final year students also are eligible to appear in the Patent Agent Exam.
